Our Story
For over 20 years, Mohammad Reza Shamloo ; our founder, CEO, and Chief Technical Officer , led the development of large-scale enterprise systems: ERP, MIS, and HIS platforms serving major organizations. But alongside every major project, there was always a parallel mission: building simple, practical accounting software for small businesses, shops, and retailers.
Then came a moment that changed everything.
After months of work, Shamloo proudly presented a fully featured retail accounting system to a restaurant owner, a polished, comprehensive solution with sales, inventory, purchasing, and reporting. The client looked at the screen, then quietly pulled out a worn paper notebook from under the counter.
“I just wanted something simple. Like this.”
It felt like ice water. But it was exactly the lesson that needed to be learned.
The real problem was not missing features. The problem was that the software had been designed for accountants not for business owners. It was built the way experts think, not the way real people work.
From that day forward, everything was redesigned from first principles. Not once. Not twice. Three complete rebuilds each one informed by deeper understanding of how shop owners actually operate, what they need at their fingertips, and what simply gets in their way.
The result was a system that anyone could master in under 5 minutes with no accounting knowledge, no computer expertise, and no English required. Customers who had purchased the software through resellers, people who had never met Shamloo; would call the company just to say thank you. They said it was the first system that actually felt effortless.
That commitment to simplicity, precision, and real world usability became the DNA of everything ZETYNEX builds today.

His journey with retail technology began more than two decades ago driven by a single belief: that powerful software should be simple enough for anyone to use without training. That belief led to three complete rebuilds of the ZENYTEX platform, each shaped by real feedback from real business owners, until any shop owner could master it in under five minutes no accounting background, no technical knowledge required.
Today, Shamloo leads the full technical vision of ZENYTEX from platform architecture and AI integration to robotics and intelligent automation.
